Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Our main shipping zones include:

  • Atlantic Canada – Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island

  • Eastern Canada – Quebec and Ontario

  • Western Canada – Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia

  • Northern Canada – Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut (availability may vary)


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Atlantic Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Ontario & Quebec: 3–6 business days

  • Western Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Northern Canada: 7–14+ business days depending on carrier availability

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable Canadian carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • Other regional courier services when available

The carrier used will depend on destination and the most efficient shipping option for your order.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your package promptly after delivery.

Coastella Atlantic & Euro Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages after delivery.


Food and Temperature-Sensitive Items

Some products may be sensitive to heat or cold during shipping. While we package items carefully, we recommend that customers bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

We cannot guarantee product condition if a package is left outside for an extended period of time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

Coastella Atlantic & Euro Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
